We ship via Austrian Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

If you are ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. We want to make you 100% happy with your purchase, so in case you would like to return or exchange your item for a different style/ colour/ size, please make sure returns are made within 14 days of receiving your goods. If there is no suitable replacement, you will get a refund. SALE items are exempt from the return.
Please try the bottoms with your own underwear underneath. Our products can only be exchanged or returned if they are unworn and in their original condition with all tags.
